Speaking of ALT A financing....

.... would this be a bad time to ask why it was that the so called 'sub prime' mortguage melt down was suppose to be merely an ethnic thing, and is not going to bleed into the ALT A borrowers who were never really as solvent as they would have liked to believe they would become with their alternative income issues....

Or should we all just smile and speak possitive things about how massive federal intervention in rescuing the fiscally silly is all about how God MOVES the invisible foot of the market place???
