UnHoly Radical Judicial Activists Stabing Troops In The Back With Their God Hating UnAmericanism!!!

A federal judge today rejected Bush administration claims that executive privilege prevents Congress from subpoenaing senior administration officials to cooperate with a congressional probe into the firing of U.S. attorneys.

U.S. District Judge John D. Bates held that White House arguments that senior officials had "absolute immunity" from congressional subpoenas to testify in the probe were unfounded.

"The executive cannot identify a single judicial opinion that recognizes absolute immunity for senior presidential advisors in this or any other context," Bates wrote. "That simple yet critical fact bears repeating: the asserted absolute immunity claim here is entirely unsupported by existing case law."

Well, there you have it.

What clearer sign that this ATHEIST has not accepted Dubya as his Personal Lord And Savior in a Biblically Literal Way!!!

Clearly as long as People are ALLOWED to not believe in the Divinity of Dubya, as the argument from Intelligent Design Demands, these sorts of Apostasies will clearly Continue as a crime against the Unitary Executive Principle that is the Right Hand Maiden of GOD!!!

Thank GOD!!! We have RoboBushCheney!!!
