If you have not been following Bush's Torture Program.... it's almost ten minutes.

but will it really matter?

clearly how could anyone have considered that the advocacy of torture might lead to actual torturings, and with that the usual backlash of both the ENEMY who do not like us, and well, the failures of intelligence that come from working with broken information containers.
