What if Scalia really has no opinion?

It is a reasonable problem to propose, eh no?

An interesting take is:
Scalia's opinion in the ruling overturning D.C.'s gun ban shows the flaws of his trademark judicial thinking. Especially since he marshaled nearly the reverse logic in his dissent to the Guantanamo detainee case.

And that article is written by a guy named "Aziz Huq", makes me very suspicious that they are one of them thar Radical WhichEverWingIsUsefulAtTheTime Types who are God Hating America Bashers because they do not like the Guacamole in a Time of Transferring the Tax Liabilities Unto The Unborn Unborn Baby UBU!!!

You know, I hate to be honest from time to time, but I am SOOOO waiting for the Dengist Revisionist Ideological Deviationalist Reactionaries to overthrow the Gang of Four so that we can end the whole bloody Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution and return to a bit of Normalcy.
