How Many Laws Can A Great Leader Set Aside?

Well the supreme's have agreed that a Great Leader can avoid any laws that the congress says that they no longer need to worry about.
The Supreme Court rejected on Monday a legal challenge by two environmental groups to the U.S. Homeland Security secretary's decision to waive 19 federal laws so a fence could be built on the Arizona-Mexico border.

The high court refused to hear an appeal by Defenders of Wildlife and the Sierra Club challenging a 2005 law that Secretary Michael Chertoff invoked on the grounds that it violated the constitutional separation of powers principles.

The Republican-led Congress in 2005 gave Chertoff the power to waive environmental and other laws to build fences and other border barriers in an effort to stop the flow of illegal immigrants into the United States.

Hum....

What if the currently seated congress were to mandate that laws were legal in america, and that they were binding upon all Federal Employee's, including the Head of The Directorate Of State Security Form Space Aliens!!!

What congress could be congressional?

As if it were an actual part of the constitutional process? That there was MORE to the process than the Rulings of the Court and the More Powerful All Powered Unitary Executive Principle...

What the Supreme's MIGHT be right on this? That this is not a matter of transferring power from Congress to The Unitary Judiciary Of The Great Triumvirate Of Truthier True Believers!!!

Oh heavens, how shall we survive in these times...

What ever shall we do?

Hey kids, if we mandated that congress mandate that the Laws In America REMAIN LAWS, and not interesting intellectual discourse, why gosh, then when Great Leader, of any branch of the Unitary Executive, Emmanating the True Truths Truthierly, would, uh, have to deal with the big question -
Can the Congress Make Laws that Legally Bind the Unlimited Divine Will Of Great Leader?
and then americans would have a much funner time.

But until congress opts IN on mandating that laws are legal in america - I guess we will live in the current new policy that the laws are lawful any time that Great Leader, or anyone who has a belief that they are working on an order from the Real or Imaginary Great Leader, says that the laws are lawful!!!

Thank GOD we have RoboBushCheney
They Shiney!!!

They not bogged down in the lawstuff, because they ARE The Law!!!

We do all agree that since the whole world is at war, all places are now actually under the war law of the war lord, and no longer victimized by the civilian laws...
