Now the Head of the Kommisariate of State Security is hopping on the Holy Handgrenade of why, this many years into the 'war on what ever', and with all of the congressional support to do what ever the Great Leader Feels Must be done - we still do not have anyone in place who can cope with 'national disasters' - whether caused by Natural Oppsies, or gosh, what IF terrorists had implemented that Dirty Nuclear Bomb In The Tennis Shoe....
