Some Civilian Political Hack, Rumsfeld, who had three years active duty Naval Aviator Time, in
the middle fifties, and who opted to slink out of the Reserve Status in 1975?

Or folks with ground time with active duty military units???

Geeze....

Now that has got to be a tough call there...
