Should the CIA stay outside of the Directorate Of The VP?

The no one really is at fault, but of course, the guy that the president gave the medal of freedom to, for having done such a great job gets hammered....

Clearly we should either roll the CIA back up into the VP's Directorate of Safety And Coolneff, or he should finally admit that they are also planning to finally roll up the DOD and the CIA into the new and improved republican guards....

Could the real problem be that the CIA News Release is still mistakenly talking about dealing with 'terrorism' rather than supporting the new and improved efforts to market zombie hunting abroad.... You know, giving up on the failed welfare statism, for the new and improved deregulated market in Zombie Hunting!!!!
