Got Executive Privileges....

Would this be a rude time to wonder why it is that the president is not willing to extend his executive privilege to include the american troops being convicted in american military courts for being engaged in war crimes????

Could it be that one has to be a part of the special posse of hard corp gangster rappers to get the old EP from the Prez for doing what the Prez has asked you to go and do????
