Well the bad news is that unlike yesterday when I woke up feeling moderately gooder about this whole need to get codeine into my system to help do pain management, this morning I woke up to a solid lump that had the hand writing:
Maybe it is time for an anti-biotic....written all over it in SCREAMING AND ANGRY NERVE ENDINGS.
By the time that I got to the dentist, I had that additional novelty moment - the imflamation had growed so bad that there were numb parts of my lips - the sort of numb you get when they are doing Novacaine.... Ah yes. But the gooder new is that a brief chat with the Dentist about what I learned last night, and all things moved forward. So yes, we will be doing more Pain Meds, and an Anti-Biotic...
The really intellectually challenging part is why more folks are not calling to draft dentists, so that they can do root canals, closing off the root canal, but only AFTER they have dropped an itty bitty little bacteriological tracer. It would not exactly be like they were openly engaged in Supporting Or Opposing the President's Policy on being More For Or Against Torture than the other times, since of course the actual planting of the bacteriological tracer, could be done by any marginally qualified contaminator, and thus the dentist would be able to say that they were only following Jesus' commandments that we must torture the innocent, since they might know something about whom the really bad types are...
