Should the tax payers cover the cost of an intellectual triste?

Uh, hum... When the president puts up
Still, he said efforts to pull troops home from Iraq only make the U.S. more vulnerable to attack from an enemy that is "pure evil."
[ cf Bush says he knows nation weary of war ]
Hum...

What is this with 'pure evil'? isn't that merely a mental construct???

And if this is one more 'fight with an idea' - which is an intangible thing - uh, should the tax payers really be doing the heavy lifting here???

I mean Tom DeLay went battling With Ideas, and he really believes that he won, never mind the fact that IF we are to believe the evil liberal media, then Nancy Pelosi has his job....

So, uh, remind me again, we need protection from mental constructs, uh how???
