That Almost Sounds Like A Bad thing...

I mean, being a Democrat and all:
State Sen. Wayne Bryant, the once-powerful Camden County Democrat, was indicted yesterday on federal charges of bribery, fraud and corruption in connection with trading his influence for a succession of no-work public jobs.

Bryant was accused of abusing his position as a state legislator to funnel millions of dollars to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, in exchange for what was essentially a sham position designed to pad his retirement benefits.

I mean, where is the whole No Bid Contract option???
