That's A Win???

WOW!!!! Dudes
The chief prosecutor at the Guantanamo tribunals bristled on Thursday at suggestions that Australian David Hicks, the only man convicted in a new U.S. military court system, was merely an al Qaeda bit player.

"It's not the grand strategic thinkers that caused the deaths of thousands of people around the world, including Americans and Australians," said the prosecutor, Air Force Col. Moe Davis.

"It's those down at the tactical level that are willing to strap on the bombs and take up arms on the front lines and carry out the objectives of the extremist ideology that their way is the only right way and anything else is wrong," Davis told reporters visiting Guantanamo.

Hicks pleaded guilty on Monday night to a charge of providing material support for terrorism in Afghanistan. His hearing was scheduled to resume at 8 a.m. EDT (1200 GMT) on Friday in a hilltop court building at the U.S. naval base in southeast Cuba where Hicks has been held for more than five years - most of that time without being charged.

[ cf Prosecutor defends Guantanamo conviction ]
WOW....

Like some one is clearly over their Limit of Bong Hitz 4 Jesus I mean, he got a guy to confess to a 'crime' that did not exist when he was taken hostage.... but came into existence when the Prosecutor failed to get an actual conviction on the charges in hand....

And rather than accept the reality, he is SOOO hoping that Majikally this can be tied into the 9/11 story...

I mean why not go after the Draft Dodgers who were for Persecuting a President who had the Authorization to Bomb Iraq??? I mean they too were great at telling Al-Qaeda that it was ok to attack...

Come ON Dude, put down the Bong, get over the fact that you are amongst a very small group of americans who can claim your glorious victory by having kept a guy as hostage for five years before plea bargaininng the case out for strictly domestic reasons....

The REALLY Cool part is whether or not your next conviction will take less than five years of detention.... I mean, how about setting a goal of being able to torture a confession out of folks in a year or less. Ok, so if they do not confess in that time and accidentally step onto the Big Ferris Wheel of Kharma, that too will go down in your permenant record as a Like Total Victory over the Enemy....

Hey, I know, why not go after the folks who do not accept the Divinity of Dubya, yeah, those Atheists could really be in league with someone, most likely satan, so they would most likely look forward to a chance to confess their sins and seek repentance....

Yeah that's the Ticket....

More Patriotism!!! More Americanism!!! More Post-Facto Laws for folks to confess to....
