mononeuron can be such a WHINEY PERSON, and in this case, it was filling out the technical details for filing for the Disabled Person Parking Sticker - and now, so I get to WHINE about it in public, I was looking at the technical details....and then asked the Pulmonologist, so??? He said, let's check the last run of the whatEverDemonicThingusOfPooh test that is required... and he noted that I was still reasonably well enough ABOVE that line, and as such, was not abled for the Blue Parking!!!
