Hey kids, when the government says that it will consider "classified testimony" that was not available to the defendent, and that some of that "classified testimony was obtained by torture", this means that the government is in which state of existence???

What are the names of secret courts that do not allow the defendent to rebutt evidence that was not allowed to the defendent, and that this is evidence that is also derived from torture....
