It is interesting to watch the Punditocracy attempt to work out what they think they mean about this mythological plan to rebuke the president on his iraq policy.

Hello!!! has anyone actually ever SEEN the president's Iraq Policy??? Has anyone been able to actually establish that the president has at any times been near or towards an Iraq Policy???

So how can anyone rebuke the president for a non-existent entity that was probably fabricated by underlings who were not as loyal as they could have been....

Besides how can anyone know if the Rebuke will have taken effect, since it is not at all clear that there is anything that can be compared!
