funny folks....

have you ever noticed that Evil Liberals have a hard time making up their mind.

recently my evil liberal friends were wondering whether Chucky was more like Karl or Dear Old Dick.....

who knows, someday they may yet be able to make up their mind...

Personally I think it is all a clear and compelling argument against stem cell research.

FrightMares....

"Some do. Most just want it for the object-ness of it. It's got a lot of emotion." The scuffs, that's what did it. They were like stories, those scratches, each one a memento mori for some long-dead instant in some stranger's life.

Why does the wall street journal hate freedom?

Ok, so this is like, so, like wow dude...
"With the scientific evidence mounting that we are fast approaching a dangerous tipping point beyond which climate change will accelerate rapidly, we really urgently need to move the bill forward," said Sen. Joseph Lieberman (I., Conn.) the subcommittee chairman and one of the authors of the legislation.

Republicans said that they opposed the measure because of the effects on the U.S. economy. "I have tremendous concerns regarding the impact," said Sen. John Barrasso (R., Wyo.). He said that his state shipped about 450 tons of coal last year, and "this legislation puts that industry at risk."

Under the bill, the Environmental Protection Agency would have responsibility for allocating the credits. Initially, some 18% of the credits would be auctioned off by a new body, called the Climate Change Credit Corporation. By the 2036 calendar year, the corporation would auction off 73% of the allowances. Of the auction proceeds, some 55% would be used for so-called energy technology deployment, including to encourage the development of new automobiles.

I mean why don't they just run the banner headline that they are stabbing our troops in the back by openly supporting the Tie Died Dope Smokers who are all draft dodgers bent upon the destruction of our white christian america...

Now don't get me wrong here folks, simply because the wall street journal has become the militant radical extremist wing of the EconTerrorists doesn't mean that they are bad people in league with satan bent upon selling off the white women to Devil Worshippers.

But it sooooo worries me that they have decided to so blatantly stab the troops in the back....

Who knows, maybe at some point in the process the fine folks may decide that the various needs to find more ways to pass the tax payers monies to pollutors could be done, well a bit more cost effectively....

Then, well, yes, there is that whole problem with China Inc. and it's little social problems with spewing more pollution in the air to create the crap that americans need to have to play act as if they are.... gosh kids, what IS it that americans need to play act that they are, so that they can feel emotionally safe about backing the whomever it is to win the whatever it is, because, well, without them, why would we as americans need so many more tax cuts for the people who, well... wouldn't be able to buy their 2nd Boeing 767 to take the kids friends along to the beach....

But thank GOD!!! we are going to have some progress on something...

Worth The Price of Admission...

well volks, yes, one should not be writing book reports on books one has only partially read - but having wandered through 'not quite the golden age', and now into the scary part, I must recommend that folks pull their heads out of their Methane Ports and start thinking about the realism of Supercapitalism: The Transformation of Business, Democracy, and Everyday Life.

What I find soooo amusing is the unpleasant thought moment, since he views the need for the container ships for transporting all of that Junk to Cam Rahn Bay, yes boys and girls, gosh, it would seem that maybe McCarthy was right. The Evil Red Hordes were hiding in the government, and they decided that we had to do 'thatVietnamThingie' as a way to shift from the old style freight haulage to the new school....

And being spawns of the Global Red Hordes, these freight haulers did not want to dead head home from vietnam, so they paused in Japan, and picked up containers of stuff.....

And with that, the orientation of the global economy skewed to the current configuration, where there are global players who are working on the reality check that the costs of moving containerised stuff around keeps dropping through the floor, and the concomitant costs of transferrring the information is also dropping, with a growing threat that the 'transparency of the market' may be just a bit of googling, and thinking, and working the data....

So remind me again, why was the old paradigm that much gooder than the current one???

CLEARLY, as we all remember, that failed cultural malaise brought us all of those Bad People, and the really scary ones who were supporting the need to turn the west coast ports into container freight haulers....

Unlike the Patriotic Americans who knew that it was all a part of the Evil Red Chinese Plot....

Those Damn Liberal Media Meat Puppets Start Piling ON!!!

Oh How Shocking!!! Oh How RUDE:
The Iraqi defector whose claims regarding Saddam Hussein's biological warfare capabilities were central to the US government's case for the 2003 invasion, despite repeated warnings that they were dubious, has been unmasked by a television documentary.

The informer, codenamed Curveball was Rafid Ahmed Alwan who, in 1999, turned up at a refugee centre in Germany seeking political asylum. He went on to convince the Pentagon he was a brilliant chemist who had helped develop mobile biological warfare laboratories.

His role in the build-up to war was exposed in a detailed investigation by the Los Angeles Times, in which he was dismissed as an "out-and-out" fabricator who should have aroused scepticism in the CIA. The LA Times said Curveball was the brother of a senior aide to Ahmed Chalabi, then leader of the Iraqi National Congress, and reported that neither the Pentagon nor the CIA knew exactly who he was.

But he is named for the first time in an edition of the US network CBS's documentary 60 Minutes to be broadcast tomorrow. The report is already on the programme's web pages. The documentary assumes he is still living in Germany, under a false name.
...
Curveball's claims were discredited in 2002 by senior officials in the German intelligence service, the BND, who wrote to the CIA warning his account was vague, second-hand and impossible to check. They also thought he was psychologically unstable.
...
In January 2004, Vice-President Dick Cheney was maintaining that discovery of the germ warfare labs would provide "conclusive" proof that Iraq had developed WMDs. But US investigators sent into Iraq after the invasion to find evidence of WMDs uncovered Curveball's file in Baghdad. In his late 20s when he arrived in Germany, he had been a low-level trainee engineer and not the project chief as the CIA had claimed.

SHOCK! SHOCK!!!

Pale, Pale!!!

AngstGeWorring!!!

Clearly, now that 60 Minutes is reporting on the issue, it is clearly obvious that we have always found all of the weapons of mass destruction that we neeed to find to verify that we must win against Iran, before Iran sends those Iranian Flying Saucers Back To Attack, Again, and take away the tax cuts that Jesus Mandated!!!

Now MORE than ever the Evil Liberal Media MUST get on board with the clear and compelling evidence that we will win against Iran no matter how many tax cuts it takes!!!
