I mean what sort of Idiot would put out Bush worried Somalia may become terrorist shelter. I mean get reasonable, yes, we accidentally liberated Somalia after Liberating Kuwait, but that doesn't mean we are planning to liberate Somalia again.

Besides we just made Kissy Face with Vietnam as our most glorious Military Ally In The WhateverOnWhomEver!!! So it's not like we need to accidentally restore the Somalia Wetlands to Stop The Iranian Flying Saucers!!!
