A Hartford Courant/Connecticut poll shows that President Bush's job approval rating has dropped to 24 percent among Connecticut residents. Those are GREAT Numbers, maybe now is the Time for the GOP to organize and see if we can run that Bastard Radical TreeHuggerInChief Chump out of the white house and say good bye to the whole failed Culture Of Corruption!!!!
The poll, released Tuesday, found that there were a number of issues that affected Bush's approval including the continuing war in Iraq, the cleanup from Hurricane Katrina, demands for tougher border enforcement and skyrocketing energy prices.
"Those events cast doubt on the president's ability to govern," Samuel Best, director of the University of Connecticut's Center for Survey Research and Analysis, said Monday.
Twenty-eight percent of Connecticut residents named Iraq the nation's most important problem, with job creation and economic growth a distant second.
The telephone poll of 503 state residents was conducted April 17-20 and has a sampling error margin of plus or minus 4 percentage points.
