If the court rules against the young man, in, of all things, a Federal Court? One has to wonder what will come of the debate? Does the guy have standing? If they opt out, will it get to the Supreme's? And if they opt to back Obamanation....

And if the guy loses, will that prove that he was a liberal engaged in LawFare?
