Hey kids, let us party like it were 1992, again. But this time, thank god, the Republicans in the state of California are going to show that the majik of the state's balanced budget ammendment has been the greatest wonder of majikal thinking since Prop-13 saved the state from the horrors of the state economy being tied to the tragedy of the American Dollar....

So yes, this time, finally, there will be a final solution.
