Would you give these powers to Hitlary and her rad femme surf nazis?

The president retains the power to hold indefinitely and without charges some accused terrorists at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, military detention camp, a federal judge has ruled.

The decision by District Judge John Bates said those prisoners the United States deems responsible for the 9/11 attacks, or those who are or were al Qaeda or Taliban members, can be detained. But he limited the Obama administration's power to imprison those who it says "support" terror or enemy forces.

[ cf Judge rules U.S. can hold some suspected terrorists indefinitely ]
It is not clear from the news articles, IF the 'deeming' can only be done by a WarPresident, or can Civilian President deem that a person who is not appropriately not supporting the enemy in a time of transferring the tax liaibility unto Future UBU!

In related happy news, it appears that the senate has rejected the idea of trying any persons deemed to be enemies of the state in american courts of law, and that they will not be allowed out of the Land Of HappiNeff, since if the courts of law disagree with the DeemingOfTheDivine, well, then persons who may not be guilty of actual crimes would be allowed to wander around the streets of america!!!

CAN WE ALLOW PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT PROVEN THEIR TOTAL LOYALTY TO THE TRUE WAR PRESIDENT TO BE LET LOSE ON THE STREETS!!!!

{ hey kids, what if the UCMJ were found in the United States Codes - eg federal law - and did not descend from on high chiselled in stone by the Great WarGodLawGiver??? }
