I mean, I should have seen it coming in the Communist pean The Fighting Sea Bees, but I had always chaulked that up to John "Nationalize Labor For Stalin! As We Nationalize War For The Party" Wayne doing his drag queen impersonation of Garbo in Ninotchka, and was merely some sort of Hasting Pudding passing phase, that would have been GONE by the time the cold war heated up.

When those should have been No bid sub-sub-sub-sub-sub contractors who were providing not only the clearing of the combat - but also the various Fast Food Services, not to mention the long term investment strategizing and financial services, which clearly needs to be offered to troops in the forward edge of battle, so that they are appropriately positioned to be able to afford any of the possible costly medical expenses that can arise from combat.
