Now wow... there are millionaire patriots who want to give away millions of dollars in weapons handling trainging....

What happend to say, oh, the National Guard? or the Federal Military Forces, as a way to train and maintain a well regulated militia????

Could it be that NeoConClowns have fallen so majikally in love with the miracle of the free market, that they no longer need a national, or state, military force ....
