Should American Troops Open Hedge Funds?

Given the glorious military victories of the various Hedge Funds to prove that they won the cold war, would it not be in the best interests of the troops on the ground, to be able to open Hedge Funds so that they can trade for Fire Missions?

I mean one never knows when one will want to have the safety and security of a signed contract for Fire Missions, Air Support, Medivacs....

And only the Free Trade In The Free Market can Lead The Way!
